Swiss Post: Private credit does not present systemic risk

In a report, Dario Messi of Credit Suisse stated that despite significant growth in the private credit sector, it does not pose systemic risks. The fixed income chief noted that the association between private credit and the banking system remains manageable, with regulators closely monitoring potential interconnections and vulnerabilities. He said: "So far, to our knowledge, off-balance sheet vulnerabilities seem relatively under control, thanks to increasing vigilance from the regulatory environment towards such potential risks."
