Beijing to Xiong'an New Area opens custom express bus service.

On March 16th, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei customized express bus commuting route from Beijing to Xiong'an New Area officially started operating. The Jingxiong customized express bus adopts an operating model of "reserved travel, flexible station setting, online verification, and remote security check." Passengers can check station information, departure times, and complete real-name registration and ticket purchase through the "Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei customized express bus" WeChat official account or mini program. They can then board the bus by verifying their identity with their face at the on-board terminal. So far, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei customized express bus has opened 12 routes and 57 branches from Beijing to Yanshao, Dachang, Xianghe, Gu'an, Yongqing, Bazhou, Zhuozhou as well as Tianjin Wuqing and Baodi, with a total of 163,000 vehicle trips and over 5.3 million passenger trips.
