Food and Beverage ETF E Fund announced that the fund will hold a shareholders' meeting through communication to review the proposal regarding the continuous operation of E Fund SSE Food & Beverage Industry Theme Exchange Traded Open-end Index Securities Investment Fund. The voting period is from January 7, 2026 to March 16, 17:00. In order to ensure the smooth conduct of the meeting, the fund will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of March 17, and will resume trading from 10:30 on the day when the meeting resolution becomes effective. If the proposal is not passed, trading will resume from 10:30 on the day when the announcement of the meeting situation is published.
