Nasdaq Technology ETF Invesco: Warning of Secondary Market Premium Risk and Temporary Suspension Announcement

The NASDAQ technology ETF announced that the secondary market trading price of the fund is significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund units, resulting in a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading from the opening of the market on March 17, 2026 until 10:30, and then resumed. During the suspension period, subscription and redemption transactions will be processed as usual.
