On March 16, Xincheng Holdings announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation report from director Lv Xiaoping on March 16, 2026. Due to personal reasons, Lv Xiaoping applied to resign from the position of director of the company. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company. The resignation report will take effect upon reaching the company's board of directors.
