The Development and Reform Commission of Guangdong Province has issued the "Guangdong Province Action Plan to Support the Innovation and Development of Artificial Intelligence OPC", in which it proposes to build a green collaborative computing power "network", establish a national hub node in the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, and assist artificial intelligence OPC in obtaining inclusive computing resources for cross-regional flexible scheduling. Through provincial and municipal coordination, the "computing power coupon" system will be improved to reduce the actual computing power expenditure costs for artificial intelligence OPC. An intelligent computing power public service platform will be established to provide real-time access to resources such as racks, computing power, and network applications, optimize computing power supply-demand matching and trading processes, and help artificial intelligence OPC efficiently obtain computing power support. A "government-community-platform-OPC" linkage mechanism will be established to provide computing power support to qualifying start-up artificial intelligence OPC through measures such as "computing power coupons".
