According to the Enterprise Check APP, Jiangsu Taisheng Operation and Maintenance Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with Kong Liang as the legal representative and registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its business scope includes inspection and testing services, wind power technical services, general equipment repair, marine services, marine environmental services, and research and development of marine engineering equipment. Shareholding information revealed through equity penetration in Enterprise Check shows that the company is jointly held by Taisheng Wind Power's wholly-owned subsidiary Nantong Taisheng Lando Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd., and Zhonghan Energy Limited, among others.
