It mentions that city clusters should prioritize the pilot projects of fuel cell vehicles, green ammonia, hydrogenated chemical raw materials substitution, hydrogen metallurgy, and hydrogen combustion in application scenarios that meet the conditions, actively explore innovative application scenarios of hydrogen energy, and form a hydrogen comprehensive application ecosystem of "One common scenario for fuel cell vehicles + N application scenarios in various industrial fields + X innovative application scenarios".
