Jiangsu two cities issue document: encourage employers to arrange staggered holidays during the spring and autumn vacations of primary and secondary schools.

Starting this year, Jiangsu officially implements spring and autumn breaks for primary and secondary schools in the whole province. With the approaching of the first spring break, the cities of Suzhou and Changzhou have successively issued documents encouraging employers to arrange staggered flexible vacations, in order to solve the pain point of "students on holiday, parents not on holiday" during the spring and autumn breaks of primary and secondary schools. Changzhou will also consider companies' performance in this aspect as a key bonus item in relevant evaluations, and will give priority support in policy assistance. This year, the spring break for primary and secondary schools in Changzhou will be from April 1st to 3rd. The spring break for primary and secondary schools in Suzhou is also scheduled from April 1st to 3rd.
