Wanshun New Materials: The related audit and evaluation work of European Foil Luxembourg has been completed.

Wanshun New Materials announcement, a wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Zhongji Composite Materials Co., Ltd. intends to purchase 100% equity of Eurofoil Luxembourg S.A. held by Aluminium Investment Company Limited for 12.3889 million euros in cash. After the completion of this transaction, the company will hold 100% equity of Eurofoil Luxembourg, which will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. According to the evaluation, the net asset fair value of Eurofoil Luxembourg is 32.1703 million euros, with an appreciation of 11.1501 million euros over the book value of net assets, representing an appreciation rate of 53.04%. Recently, the relevant audit and evaluation work of Eurofoil Luxembourg has been completed, and the company held the second meeting of the Seventh Board of Directors on March 16, 2026 to pass the proposal on the purchase of Eurofoil Luxembourg S.A. equity by Jiangsu Zhongji Composite Materials Co., Ltd. using cash.
