In January-February, the sales area of new commercial residential buildings was 92.93 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 13.5%, 4.8 percentage points higher than the previous year; among them, the sales area of residential buildings decreased by 15.9%. The sales value of new commercial residential buildings was 818.6 billion yuan, a decrease of 20.2%, an increase of 7.6 percentage points; among them, the sales value of residential buildings decreased by 21.8%. By the end of February, the area of commercial residential buildings available for sale was 799.98 million square meters, a year-on-year increase of 0.1%, with the growth rate falling by 1.5 percentage points compared to the end of 2025. Among them, the area available for sale within 3 years was 60.616 million square meters, a decrease of 1.6%.
