The flood disaster in Kenya has led to the death of 62 people.

On March 14th, local time, Kenyan police stated that since last weekend Kenya has been hit by heavy rain and floods, with a total of 62 people dead, including 8 children. The police statement said that the capital Nairobi was the most severely affected, with 33 people dead. Over 2000 families across Kenya have been displaced, and heavy rain continues in many areas.
