According to the Consumer Council of Guangdong Province's report on the 14th, in 2025, consumer councils at all levels in Guangdong received about 111,200 visits and consultations from consumers, handling consumer complaints for the first time exceeding one million, reaching 1,028,800 complaints. Among them, 656,800 cases were accepted, mediated, and closed, recovering approximately 448 million yuan in economic losses for consumers.
