The meeting emphasized that agricultural census is an important basis for comprehensively understanding the situation of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers and scientifically formulating policies related to them. Taking the revision of the regulations as an opportunity, conduct the fourth national agricultural census with high quality, adhere to scientific and legal census, strictly control data quality and information management, actively apply modern information technology, strengthen departmental coordination and organizational guarantees, and further improve the quality and efficiency of the census.
