It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.8743 million shares, or 2% of the current total share capital of the company, through centralized bidding or block trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange within 3 months from the date of this announcement, namely from April 7, 2026 to July 6, 2026.
