Jay Design: Shareholder Jiang Feng plans to transfer 5.73% of shares.

Jien Design announcement, shareholder Jiang Feng and Wang Kehua, who hold more than 5% of the company's shares, have signed a "Stock Transfer Agreement". According to the agreement, Jiang Feng will transfer 6.8958 million shares of Jien Design to Wang Kehua, accounting for 5.73% of the total share capital.
