Brazil initiates anti-dumping investigation on graphite electrodes from China

According to the Ministry of Commerce, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Secretariat issued Announcement No. 18 of 2026 in the official gazette, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on graphite electrodes imported from China and India in response to an application from the Brazilian company Graftech Brasil Participaes Ltda.
