The People's Government of Minhang District, Shanghai, issued the "Action Plan for Collaborative Building of Shanghai Advanced Energy Equipment Industry Cluster Area". It proposes to form an industrial spatial layout of "one core and one belt" for coordinated development. The "core" serves as the engine, with the "Da Ling Hao Bay" Science and Innovation Source Function Zone as the core, fully leveraging the research advantages of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, East China Normal University, and other universities, promoting the renovation of old factories along the Shanghai-Minhang Road around the core area, focusing on the establishment of the innovation research and development centers and industrial public service platforms of leading enterprises, and building an industrial innovation source highland. The "belt" serves as the industrial chain support belt, with the industrial base along Jiangchuan Road as the core, connecting the Maqiao Industrial Park and the Minhang Development Industrial Transformation Area, promoting the transformation of traditional industrial land, leveraging the leading role of companies like Shanghai Electric, and attracting the aggregation of industrialization projects and industrial chain supporting projects. Forming a closed-loop industrial chain of "innovation source - result transformation - scale production - green supply system". In the future, under the overall spatial layout of approximately 37 square kilometers of "one core and one belt", actively coordinating with the Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization and Shanghai Electric Group, jointly promoting the transformation and upgrading of existing factories and industrial land, striving to build an advanced energy equipment characteristic demonstration park integrating research and innovation, intelligent manufacturing, and industrial chain supporting, creating a new highland for advanced energy equipment industry in Shanghai and even in China, accommodating the innovation overflow of the "core" and the manufacturing upgrade requirements of the "belt", and achieving efficient integration of spatial resources and industrial collaboration.
