Lele Tea issues an apology statement.

On March 13th, Lele Tea issued an apology statement: During the "World Book Day" in April 2024, our company planned activities to pay tribute to Mr. Lu Xun. However, we excessively used the works "Forever Attack" and "Lu Xun's Half-Portrait" co-created by Mr. Yang Zhiguang and Ms. Ouyang, which was determined by the court to have infringed on the copyright-related rights of the family of Mr. Yang Zhiguang and Ms. Ouyang. This behavior has let down the trust of the public in us and deviated from our original intention to pay tribute to cultural celebrities. We hereby solemnly apologize for the above behavior. Upon receiving relevant feedback, our company immediately initiated an internal investigation and notified all national stores to retract the promotion of relevant new products, stop selling, and recall all packaging materials and peripheral products involving related visual elements.
