Relying on leading enterprises, efforts will be intensified in innovative research and engineering applications in deep peak shaving and rapid load shedding intelligent control technologies around clean carbon reduction, safety and reliability, efficient regulation, and intelligent operation. This will promote the zero-carbon and low-carbon fuel co-firing of existing units, the coal-fired power generation coupled with new energy technology transformation, and the enhancement of unit clean carbon reduction technology. It will also establish a comprehensive solution for clean transformation in thermal power, integrating equipment suppliers, engineering service providers, and system solution providers related to coal-fired deep peak shaving and zero-carbon fuel co-firing, forming a complete industrial chain ecosystem of "clean transformation + intelligent control + low-carbon coupling".
