March 13th: The "Wholesale Price Index of Agricultural Products 200" dropped 0.27 points compared to yesterday.

According to the monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, on March 13, the "200 Index of Wholesale Prices of Agricultural Products" was 123.19, a decrease of 0.27 points from yesterday, and the "Basket of Vegetables" product wholesale price index was 124.98, a decrease of 0.31 points from yesterday. As of 14:00 today, the average price of pork in the national wholesale agricultural product market was 16.17 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.0% from yesterday; beef was 66.34 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.2% from yesterday; mutton was 64.36 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.4% from yesterday; eggs were 7.56 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.1% from yesterday; and broilers were 17.34 yuan/kg, a decrease of 0.5% from yesterday. The average price of the 28 monitored vegetables was 4.94 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; the average price of the 6 monitored fruits was 7.86 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.3% from yesterday. Crucian carp was 19.80 yuan/kg, an increase of 0.9% from yesterday; carp was 14.45 yuan/kg, unchanged from yesterday; white catfish was 10.28 yuan/kg, a decrease of 2.7% from yesterday; and largehead hairtail was 41.97 yuan/kg, an increase of 1.2% from yesterday. Today, among the 46 varieties of fresh agricultural products monitored in the domestic wholesale market, the top five with the largest price increases compared to yesterday are cabbage, pineapple, eggplant, shiitake mushrooms, and shallots, with increases of 3.5%, 2.4%, 2.2%, 1.9%, and 1.8%, respectively; the top five with the largest price decreases are winter melon, pumpkin, white catfish, pork, and cucumber, with decreases of 3.7%, 3.3%, 2.7%, 2.0%, and 1.8%, respectively.
