In 2025, Pudong Jinqiao announced that its total operating income was 5.965 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 118.91%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 1.074 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.14%; the non-recurring net profit was 929 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 157.59%. This increase was mainly due to the sales revenue of 4.068 billion yuan from the transfer of the Biyun Liyue project, which resulted in an increase in core business revenue and net profit.
