Xi'an Bank: Chang'an Trust Agreement Acquires 48.2688 million shares of Xi Investment Holdings.

The Xi'an Bank announced that Chang'an International Trust Co., Ltd. transferred its 48.2688 million shares to Xi Investment Holdings through an agreement transfer, accounting for 1.08% of the total share capital of the company. The transfer price was 3.85 yuan per share, with a total price of 186 million yuan, and the transfer registration procedures were completed on March 10, 2026. After the transfer, Xi Investment Holdings' shareholding ratio increased to 14.99%, while Chang'an Trust's shareholding ratio decreased to 0.65%. This share transfer agreement does not involve market increase or decrease holdings, does not involve a tender offer, and the total shareholding ratio and quantity held by the actual controller, the Xi'an Municipal People's Government, have not changed.
