Baiyun Airport announcement, the company has signed a cooperation contract with China Duty Free Group Co., Ltd. for the operation of the outbound duty-free project at T2 terminal. The company will transfer the operation rights of specific areas to China Duty Free Group within the contract period, and China Duty Free Group will operate duty-free goods within the scope permitted by national policies in the aforementioned area. The company also signed a supplementary agreement with China Duty Free Group Co., Ltd. and China Duty Free Baiyun Airport Duty Free Co., Ltd., and the third party shall inherit all the rights and obligations of the second party in the operation cooperation contract.
