Hong Kong Stock Exchange: Takes disciplinary actions against Yestar Group and two current directors.

The Hong Kong Stock Exchange issued a statement condemning: Sparkle Group Holdings Limited, its executive director and chairman Wu Guoqing, and executive director Zhao Weihao. It also further instructed Wu Guoqing and Zhao Weihao to undergo training. The reason is that the company and the two individuals were found guilty of violating the Listing Rules in relation to related party transactions between the company and its parent group.
