Shengke Communication announced that the shareholder National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., holding more than 5% of the shares, reduced its holdings of the company's shares by 4.1 million shares through centralized bidding from March 2 to March 11, 2026, reducing its shareholding from 13% to 12%. The equity change touches the 1% scale.
