The cumulative total from January to February was approximately 2.349 billion yuan, an increase of 2.62% year-on-year. In February, the contract sales amount was approximately 1.223 billion yuan, a decrease of 37.57% year-on-year, and the sales area was approximately 186,800 square meters, a decrease of 30.97% year-on-year. The cumulative contract sales amount from January to February was approximately 1.937 billion yuan, a decrease of 34.91% year-on-year, and the cumulative sales area was approximately 334,600 square meters, a decrease of 13.36% year-on-year.
