China Capital Environmental Investment Holdings (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established in April 2020, with Wang Dongrong as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3 billion RMB. Its business scope includes technical development and sales of environmental protection and energy-saving equipment, environmental protection materials, and technical services. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by China Resources Recycling Group Green Investment Co., Ltd. and Huarenti Environmental Investment Co., Ltd.
