Nanjing Qixia District and Jiangning District issue "Raise Crayfish" policy.
According to the release from Nanjing, the Qixia District of Nanjing has issued several measures to support the integration and development of open-source AI intelligent tools such as OpenClaw and OPC. It mentions that relying on the Qizhi OPC cloud platform, free deployment services and supporting development toolkits such as OpenClaw are provided to development entities, integrating mainstream AI development frameworks and open-source code libraries to achieve rapid calling of production factors. For development entities that join the OPC community, free computing power resources and subsidies for domestic leading large-scale model API usage fees are provided, supporting the rental of "elastic computing power" by hour or day to reduce initial development costs. It supports development entities to develop vertical application solutions for intelligent manufacturing equipment, biomedicine, new displays and other advantageous industries based on frameworks such as OpenClaw, focusing on encouraging applications in scenarios such as smart bodies, industrial quality inspection, and equipment predictive maintenance. For projects that achieve practical applications, a subsidy of 20% of R&D investment is provided, with a maximum of 1 million yuan per project. In addition, the "Zijin Xingchen" community in the Zijin Technology City in Jiangning Economic Development Zone of Nanjing has introduced a special policy called "Lobster Six Rules", tailored to create a comprehensive entrepreneurial support system for OpenClaw developers and OPC enterprises from six dimensions: computing power, space, capital, talent, scenarios, and services. This includes renting artificial intelligence computing power resources to develop applications, with a subsidy of up to 30% based on the computing power contract settlement amount, and a maximum of 2 million yuan in computing power vouchers cashed in by the same user per year.
