The fire was caused by a drone attack, and there have been no reports of casualties so far. According to reports, the largest oil refinery in the UAE, located in Ruwais, has suspended operations after a drone attack in the industrial area ignited a fire. The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company is currently assessing the extent of the damage to the facility. The Ruwais refinery has a daily processing capacity of 922,000 barrels of crude oil.
