Muyuan shares: Muyuan industry and its concerted parties' shareholding ratio was passively diluted to 52.15%

Muyuan Group Announcement: Due to the issuance of H shares excess rights issue shares and listing on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, as well as the conversion of convertible bonds into shares, the total share capital of the company has increased. This has resulted in the dilution of the shareholding percentage of controlling shareholder Muyuan Industry and its concerted action persons Qin Yinglin, Qian Ying, and Qin Muyuan. The total share capital of the company has increased from 5.737 billion shares to 5.773 billion shares, and the combined shareholding percentage of Muyuan Industry and its concerted action persons has decreased from 52.48% to 52.15%, and from 53.12% to 52.79%.
