Bill Ackman's Pershing Square submitted its initial public offering application on Tuesday in New York. Ackman is planning a dual listing for Pershing Square as well as a closed-end fund, Pershing Square USA, which is listed in the United States. He had previously attempted to push Pershing Square USA to market in 2024. Citigroup, UBS Investment Bank, Bank of America Securities, Jefferies, and Wells Fargo Securities will serve as underwriters for Pershing Square's IPO.
