Jinpu Titanium Industry Announcement: Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xuzhou Titanium Dioxide Chemical Co., Ltd., plans to conduct leasing and operating cooperation with Jiangsu Zhongye Chuangxing Material Technology Co., Ltd. using the existing production line. The cooperation period is three years. During the cooperation period, when the net profit is positive, both parties will distribute profits according to the agreed proportion. If the net profit is negative, Zhongye Chuangxing will bear all costs and losses alone.
