Jiangsu: Guide eligible regions to establish brain-computer interface industry investment funds to attract social capital participation, and help seed and start-up companies grow and develop.

Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology and other nine departments issued the "Action Plan for Innovation and Development of Brain-Computer Interface Industry in Jiangsu Province", which mentions strengthening financial support. It will leverage the guidance role of the provincial strategic emerging industry mother fund to support relevant industry-specific funds and sub-funds to invest in brain-computer interface projects with broad application scenarios and strong growth potential. It will guide regions with conditions to set up brain-computer interface industry investment funds, attract social capital participation, and help seed-stage and early-stage enterprises to grow. Relying on the provincial science and technology financial comprehensive service platform, it will gather collaborative loan products such as "Su Ke Dai" and "Specialized and Innovative Loan" in government-bank cooperation, encourage financial institutions to develop characteristic financial products for the brain-computer interface industry, and provide one-stop comprehensive technology financial services covering "equity, debt, loan, guarantee, and bond".
