On March 10th at noon, a reporter visited the trial operation store at Kerry Center in Beijing. Despite approaching the 2pm closing time for lunch, there were still many customers dining in the restaurant. The staff informed the reporter that they are currently in the trial operation phase and will officially open on March 14th. Over the past few days, many customers have already come to dine. The menu retains classic dishes such as xiaolongbao and egg fried rice with scallions, with some adjustments in terms of variety and price compared to before. The previous 10% service charge has been completely eliminated. It is reported that this store is operated directly by the headquarters in Taiwan, with assistance from Shanghai Guangcheng Catering Management Company.
