Today, the People's Government of Jinshan District, Shanghai Municipality, officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Alibaba Cloud. Both parties will accelerate the construction of the Alibaba Feitian Cloud Intelligent East China Computing Power Center, creating a super-large-scale computing power center based on the "Zhenwu" chip. This center will become one of the largest intelligent computing hubs in East China, helping to develop Shanghai into a hub for artificial intelligence. According to the new cooperation agreement, the center will focus on deploying the "Zhenwu" computing power chip developed by Alibaba Cloud, aiming to become a benchmark for green computing power centers by building a full-stack independent computing power base from the underlying chip, intelligent computing platform to upper-layer applications. With the support of the Alibaba Cloud Jinshan Computing Power Center, Alibaba Cloud and Jinshan District will jointly promote the development of the computing power ecosystem to help Jinshan District build a AI city that operates on an all-time, all-round basis.
