Jinfeng Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinfeng International has provided guarantees for the performance responsibilities and obligations of its wholly-owned subsidiary Jinfeng Italy under two "Wind Turbine Supply and Installation Agreements", with a total guarantee amount not exceeding 65.5905 million euros, accounting for 1.36% of the audited net assets of the company in 2024. Jinfeng Italy's asset-liability ratio exceeds 70%, with revenues of 367 million yuan and a net loss of 4.6758 million yuan from January to November 2025. This guarantee is within the approved shareholder meeting limit and does not require board approval. After the guarantee, the company and its holding subsidiaries have an external guarantee balance of 1.1 billion yuan, accounting for 2.85% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees.
