*ST Dongyi announced that the company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warnings and other risk warnings starting from the market opening on April 30, 2025. If the conditions stipulated in Article 9.3.12 of the "Stock Listing Rules" are met in the 2025 fiscal year, there is a risk of the company's stock being delisted; if the above conditions do not occur, the company can apply to revoke the delisting risk warning within five trading days after the annual report disclosure. Based on calculations, it is estimated that the net assets attributable to the shareholders of the listed company will be positive by the end of 2025. This is the third time the company has issued relevant risk warning notices.
