On the afternoon of the 7th local time, several Chinese passengers were boarding a flight back to China at Dubai International Airport on China International Airlines. The newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to the UAE, Zeng Jixin, arrived in Dubai International Airport and bid farewell to his compatriots returning home. Consul General of China in Dubai, Ou Boqian, also attended the event. Zeng Jixin stated that in recent days, in accordance with the deployment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Chinese government and its embassies abroad have spared no effort in coordinating international flights, assisting stranded Chinese tourists in an orderly return home, and providing necessary support and assistance to overseas compatriots. The Chinese government will continue to increase emergency coordination efforts, increase the number of flights, and safely and orderly repatriate Chinese citizens stranded in Middle Eastern countries.
