The death toll in the Algeria military aircraft crash has risen to 4.
On March 7th local time, the Algerian Ministry of National Defense stated in a press release that the number of deaths in the military transport plane crash in the country on March 5th has risen to 4. Earlier, the Algerian Ministry of National Defense announced on March 5th that a Beech 1900 military transport plane crashed shortly after taking off from the Boufarik Air Force Base in the north of the country. At the time of the accident, there were a total of 6 people on board, resulting in the deaths of 2 people and the other 4 being injured and taken to the hospital. The statement released by the Algerian Ministry of National Defense on the 7th stated that on March 6th, two of the 4 injured individuals who were taken to the hospital did not survive. Currently, the Algerian military is still investigating the cause of the accident.
