National Development and Reform Commission: more than a third of the major indicators in the draft plan focus on solving urgent difficulties and addressing the concerns of the people.

Zheng Bei, Deputy Director of the National Development and Reform Commission, stated at a briefing that the draft outline of the "15th Five-Year Plan" focuses on addressing urgent issues concerning the people, with 7 key indicators accounting for over 1/3 of the main indicators. In terms of education and health, it proposes to increase the average years of education for the working-age population, life expectancy, and the number of healthcare personnel per thousand people, effectively improving the education and health levels of the people.
