Today, the new generation deep-water multi-functional ocean engineering vessel independently developed by our country was launched in Qidong, Jiangsu, and entered the comprehensive testing phase. The multi-functional ocean engineering vessel launched this time is a high-end ocean engineering equipment independently developed by our country to meet the needs of deep-sea development. It adopts a double-layer structure, single-body streamlined design, with a total length of 126 meters, a width of 28 meters. The ship is equipped with a 400-ton nearshore crane, and is planned to carry advanced equipment such as a 3000-ton cable drum, underwater robots, and underwater trenching machines. It has a maximum operating depth capability of 300 meters and can navigate freely in the global oceans.
