Shenzhen Stock Exchange: Introducing the code range of 181001-181999 for use in commercial real estate REITs in the real estate fund business.

Shenzhen Stock Exchange announcement: It is planned to expand the real estate fund securities code range. In addition to the original code range of 180101-180999 used for infrastructure REITs in real estate funds, the code range of 181001-181999 will be used for commercial real estate REITs in real estate funds. All members and relevant units are requested to make necessary preparations for the related business and technology by March 13, 2026 according to the above requirements. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange will organize simulation tests and network-wide tests at an appropriate time, and testing notifications will be released separately.
