The 2026 Global Developer Pioneer Conference will be held in Shanghai from March 27th to 29th.

The Global Developers Vanguard Conference will be held from March 27th to 29th, 2026 at the Shanghai Xuhui West Bank International Convention and Exhibition Center. It is jointly guided by the World Artificial Intelligence Conference Organizing Committee, the Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission, and the Xuhui District People's Government, and is organized by the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Industry Association. The conference will be conducted in the form of "1+3+50+100+N", including one opening ceremony, three competitions, over 50 workshops, over 100 interactive experiences, and multiple carnivals. Pan Yan, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission, said at a media briefing that by 2025, Shanghai has 394 large-scale artificial intelligence companies with an industrial scale exceeding 637 billion yuan, a year-on-year growth rate of 39.5%; as of February 28th, Shanghai has completed registration for 149 generative artificial intelligence services, making the artificial intelligence industry an important engine driving GDP growth in the city.
