Boci Pharmaceuticals announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, Gansu State-owned Assets Investment Group Co., Ltd., intends to transfer 100% equity of its subsidiary, Lanzhou Boci Pharmaceutical Industry Development Group Co., Ltd., to Gansu Pharmaceutical Investment Group Co., Ltd. After this change, Gansu Pharmaceutical Group will become the indirect controlling shareholder of the company. There is no change in the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company.
