ST Tianyu announced that the company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warning and other risk warnings from the market opening on April 30, 2025. If the situation stipulated in Article 10.3.11 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules occurs in 2025, the company's stock faces the risk of delisting, which may currently involve the situation of "audit reports on financial reports stating inability to express opinions or denial of opinions". The company has already disclosed two delisting risk warning announcements, and will disclose a risk warning announcement every ten trading days before the disclosure of the "2025 Annual Report".
