According to the Qichacha app, recently Guangxi Guangtou Clean Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Lin Yifei serving as the legal representative and a registered capital of 30 million yuan. Its business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technologies; energy storage technology services; solar power generation technology services; wind power generation technology services; artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platforms, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Guangxi Energy Group Co., Ltd.
