Goldman Sachs has raised its target for the South Korean Kospi index from 6500 points to 7000 points, citing the continued strength in storage chip prices. Strategists including Timothy Moe stated, "We believe the recent pullback in the stock market is a correction, and after a period of consolidation, it is likely to rebound and reach new highs." Goldman Sachs has raised its 2026 South Korean earnings forecast from 120% to 130%, marking the third increase this year.
