Juan Valencia of France's Societe Generale Bank stated in a report that if the US-Iran conflict is controlled in the coming days, the supply of corporate bonds is expected to return to the strong levels recorded in January and February. After the temporary closure of the primary market earlier this week due to the Middle East conflict, investment grade issuers have reopened the market by issuing new bonds. Valencia stated, "If the conflict does not significantly worsen", the bond supply in March may exceed the levels of February.
