DeAio Micro announced that the company has signed a "equity acquisition agreement" with Hangzhou Yunkong, whereby Hangzhou Yunkong will acquire 457.14 million yuan of the registered capital of Jiangsu Yuntu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. held by the company for 1.733 million yuan, accounting for 1.9388% of the total registered capital of Jiangsu Yuntu. This transaction is beneficial for integrating and optimizing the company's asset structure, improving the liquidity and efficiency of the company's assets, as well as increasing operating funds and providing financial support for the company's operations.
